He has worked in shipping, engineering, pharmaceutical, and insurance. He is skilled in navigating complex HR matters, stakeholder management and implementing successful HR initiatives across diverse industries.
Keld is passionate about seeing people succeed. His working style is empathetic, dynamic, outgoing, and inspiring with strong communication. This ensures a strong team spirit, high motivation and commitment through trust and by practicing value-based leadership.
Bjørn (“Byorn”) is a global consultant with assignments from the US over Europe to Asia and Australia, often working with teams across cultures and time zones.
He is passionate about connecting them to perform well and achieve common goals. He combines a facilitating style with the desire to move an organization and its people from “A” to “B,” often involved in planning the change and following up on its progress.
